What is the Green Homes Grant?
The Green Homes Grant is a government-funded programme that helps homeowners in paying for energy-saving improvements to their homes, such as air source heat pumps, solar panels and external wall insulation.
The energy efficiency upgrades will increase household comfort, lower energy bills, and assist the UK in becoming carbon-free.
Do I qualify for a Green Homes Grant?
Eligible residents need to have:
- A combined gross annual household income of £30,000 or less.
- A home EPC energy efficiency rating of , E, F or G. Don’t know the EPC rating of your home? It’s ok we can check that for you.
Qualifying applicants will be offered a home survey to determine the most suitable improvements for their homes – this must be completed by 21st March 2022.
